Buyers:
We want you to be satisfied
with your purchase and that is why all items include a 72-hour/ 3-business
day inspection period upon receipt of your purchase. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within your 72-hour
inspection period to notify us of your return. Items that include a 30-day
warranty will be noted at time of purchase. Warranty repairs are made at
our Burbank location unless other arrangements are approved in advance. Exclusions
from warranty include camera blocks and VTR heads. These exemptions should
be evaluated under your initial 3-day inspection for satisfaction.
All gear is sold on a prepaid basis. Funds are held in escrow during the
inspection period and dispersed after inspection has closed. Should an item
be returned with proper procedure followed, funds will be refunded once the
item has been received in the same condition it was shipped in. All
gear is subject to prior sale without a 15% non-refundable deposit. Balance
on deposits is due within 14 days. All sales are subject to a 3-business
day inspection period and become final upon acceptance of the equipment and/or
expiration of the check out period. Items are not returnable after the inspection
period. Shipping is FOB Burbank, CA. unless otherwise specified. The
recipient must make any claims for damage made during shipment directly with
the carrier.
Payments accepted for domestic sales include: cleared personal/company check
or wire transfer.
International sales must be prepaid via wire transfer only.
Sellers:
We want you to feel satisfied
with the sale price we net to you and will always discuss any offer with
you before closing a sale. We do expect you to disclose all information
on your item both good and bad prior to the listing. Any item listed
for sale with us needs to be free and clear of any liens unless disclosed
in advance. It is our policy to receive payment from the buyer in advance
of shipment. The buyer will also pay for shipping to them. The
buyer will be granted a 3 business day inspection period to allow them time
to check out the gear and insure it is as represented. Should the item
not be as represented and a solution cannot be worked out, it is the sellers
responsibility to pay for the return shipping. The buyer will receive his
funds back when the seller has confirmed the item has been received.
A rejected item is a rarity, as we tend to deal with honest reputable professionals.
Once the inspection period has ended, the funds are then dispersed to the
seller and the transaction is closed.
